Shipping policy
We ship orders worldwide from Sydney, Australia and offer variable rates depending on your location and the size of the order.
As of 26/10/24, our click and collect service has been temporarily suspended.
Australia:
Sydney delivery:Â Delivery to the rest of Sydney metro areas (excluding PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers) will be charged based on the below rate table. Orders over $99 continue to be free if they fall within the relevant thresholds.

Free & Flat Rate Metro delivery: Free delivery is available for orders over $99 to metro areas (excluding PO Boxes, Parcel lockers and Parcel collect addresses). Bulky orders that are over 10kg may be excluded from free delivery. Orders under $99 are capped at a maximum of $9.95.
Non Metro Delivery: For orders going to non metro areas, we currently charge a capped price of $9.95 per order. The remaining cost is covered by X Supplements.
Click & Collect - Collection options are available from St Peter’s, NSW 2044. Products available for immediate collection will state this on the products page, products being transferred from another warehouse may take up to 3 business days to be ready for collection, this will also be visible on the products page. Collection is available between 8am and 4pm and is by appointment only. After your order has been picked and is ready for collection, you will receive a notification alerting you to this with a link to additional instructions.
Same Day Delivery - We’ve partnered with GoPeople to offer a same day delivery service for orders placed before midday Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays). If this is available in your area, you will see a same day delivery option at the checkout. Pricing is based on distance from St Peter’s, 2044.

New Zealand:
Standard orders: Orders under 20kg can be delivered to New Zealand at our cost price for delivery. At estimation is listed below and is based in AUD and calculated based on physical weight or cubic weight (whichever is greater). DHL Express is also available and will be quoted at the checkout when placing the order.
