How should I use Cellfood?
Cellfood is best enjoyed before meals, 3 times a day starting first thing upon rising in a glass of water: 5-8 drops each serving. Alternatively, add your individual serving of drops in your water bottle for throughout the day. *Cellfood may be enjoyed in juice if desired although purified water is recommended for optimum benefits. Hot water is not recommended.
How much Cellfood do I start with?
As each person’s body is unique, along with our life’s circumstances, Cellfood serving suggestions are just that … a suggestion. Start slowly – this allows the body to absorb the unique nutrients in Cellfood. Normally you would start with 1-3 drops 30 minutes before meals – 3 times daily. Work your way up to the optimal serving of 24 drops daily. This may take a week or two. *Sensitive people may consume as little as 1-2 drops per day if necessary.
How long can I use Cellfood for?
Cellfood can be enjoyed for life! It’s like adding fuel in your car. Every day your body rebuilds and cleanses. Cellfood may help assist general wellbeing and energy by providing valuable micronutrients.
Can my children use Cellfood?
There is no reason why children cannot consume Cellfood if they are 10 years and older for nutritional benefits. Serving size depends on each individual but 1/4 the adult serving size is typical.

I am an athlete/exercise instructor/body-builder. How should I use Cellfood?
Cellfood helps nourish the body during and post work-out. Consume up to 25 drops during your work-out and another serving post work-out. There are no banned substances and Cellfood is all-natural and non-toxic.
How do I store Cellfood?
Cellfood can be stored anywhere, preferably under 30 degrees celsius, and is resilient to heat and electromagnetic radiation. No refrigeration is necessary. It can be taken travelling or left out on your bench top. *Remember – Use Cellfood carefully over any surfaces and materials when undiluted, as product contains organic plant matter which may cause discolouration.
Can Cellfood be consumed without water or used topically?
Cellfood’s natural minerals are concentrated and should always be diluted by mixing in at least 250ml of water per serving. Cellfood works best when added to purified water rather than juice (although this is fine) although water is preferred for optimal nutritional benefits from the trace minerals and natural elements. Although completely safe and non toxic, Cellfood is a nutrient rich liquid food containing organic plant matter from the land and sea and not recommended to be used topically on the skin or near eyes or undiluted. 1x Bottle of Cellfood 30ml Concentrate makes 22 litres or a typical 30+ day supply at 24 drops daily.

Cellfood comes in a 30 ml unbreakable non-toxic, BPA-Free bottle that provides a 30-day supply when used as suggested.
What is the shelf life of Cellfood?
Cellfood has been produced at the highest standards since 1969. Although the product may potentially stay fresh for many years, the best before date is approximately 5 years. We recommend using within 5 years for optimal benefits.
Can you combine products?
Cellfood Original & Silica Formulations each contain Cellfood to help assist the absorption of vital ingredients in the body, as well as provide nutritional benefits. The Cellfood contained in Silica is approximately 1/8 the strength of the Cellfood Original Formula. (There is not enough Cellfood in this formula to provide the full benefits of Cellfood overall if consumed without the Original Formula.) The Silica is unique as it perfectly blends with Cellfood Original when consumed together.
We recommend consuming 2 bottles of Cellfood Original Concentrate to begin, and if desired and you would like to try the Silica, you may consume 10 – 15 drops of Cellfood Original Concentrate per day in the morning and 10 – 15 drops of Silica at night to maximise nutritional benefits.
